Pick two to four shades from any product. They line up from light to deep with their undertone, stock and the colour difference between each pair.

Batch numbers with the manufacturer's expiry date and the period after opening for testers. The Checks tab shows stock checks that are due, expiring batches and what to reorder.

Cost and retail price per product with profit, margin and markup, VAT included for VAT-registered shops. The calculator finds the price for the margin you want, rounded to .99 or whole pounds.

Put products and shades into a gift box with packaging and other costs. See the cost per set, the margin at your price and how many sets your stock allows — then take them out of stock in one go.

You enter the hex code from the brand, a colour picker or the built-in presets. Screens show colours differently, so swatches are approximations of the real products; the app says so on the screen and in the PDFs.
Expired and soon-to-expire batches, due stock checks and products to reorder are listed in the Checks tab and counted on its badge. The app sends no notifications.
Only anonymous ones: describe a type of customer, such as “cool undertone, sensitive skin”. The app refuses to save text that looks like a name with a title, an e-mail address, a phone number, a postcode or a social media handle.
